This 1800 sf open concept ranch is complete with open kitchen, dining and living room including two bedrooms, en-suite bath, main bath, laundry and mud room, on the main floor and a completely finished basement including a large den, bedroom, workout room and custom bathroom below.
A spec or model home generally includes less expensive features, however Ewald Homes spared no cost when designing and building this beautiful home. It features the best hardwood floor brand in the world, Mirage Sweet Memories Collection 4" Praline in the kitchen, dining, living, bedroom and Master bedroom. This Mirage floor is known to have the best finish in the industry topped with a stunning old world look.

In the mud room Dave wanted a product that looked like slate, with none of the draw backs so he chose Olympia 12x24" Geology Soil, which in my opinion flows beautifully. Again in the laundry Dave wanted to stick with earth tones and a rustic contemporary look and decided on the barn board look of Olympia Italwood colour, silver.

All Ewald custom built Homes come with a heated ensuite floor and a beautiful custom shower. On the floor we used Olympia Niagara Falls White 12x24" and in the shower we used the all new Olympia Lihno 12x24" grey with a herringbone marble shower floor. The highlight of this shower is certainly the rectangle modern bench that mimics the beautiful Windmill Cabinets vanity.

In the basement Dave picked Kendra, a Luxury Vinyl Plank from Evoke Unreal Floors that mimics the hardwood on the main floor. In the bedroom is an ultra soft carpet from Dream Weaver Carpets and in the Workout room is a 3/8" rubber floor from Altro Canada.
And because one custom shower was not enough for this beautiful home, Dave added another custom shower in the basement featuring a pebble shower floor tile and Olympia Niagara Falls 12x24" white on the shower walls and ceiling.
